We qualify suppliers of Mercedes-Benz AG in the application of the SQMS for 0 km complaints and in the application of the SMB (capacity management).

The qualification SQMS for 0km complaints includes a process introduction, the global 8D report, series test report and administration.

The qualification SMB (capacity management) comprises the modules SMB in general, DIM (demand-inventory management) and DCM (demand-capacity management).
